We were pleased with the site, it offered us dozens of products that you just don't get to see in the high street stores. Even though our product wasn't in stock, we were kept informed of the situation regularly, and when we were given a delivery date the product arrived bang on time. Overall, a good company. Would I use it again? Yes, without a doubt.

Hi, Really pleased with delivery and product etc. Only problem I had which is worth keeping in mind is I had it delivered elsewhere and ticked to have invoice sent to me and not in package. It was however put in gift wrapped present. Apart from that everything was great.

We do offer a service to destroy the invoice so it is not received by the recipient and you had selected this, we apologise that on this occasion a mistake has been made and for any inconvenience caused. We are looking into this to see how this can be prevented in the future. If you require a copy of the invoice yourself you can log into your account, using your email address and password, and print a copy.

Delayed delivery, unhelpful customer service team. Very disappointed with the service in general

Unfortunately, we do have to rely on third parties to deliver our customers orders. We have advised that if the parcel is refused or returned this will be refunded in full. Once a parcel has been sent out with Parcel Force we are unable to stop the delivery until it has been attempted once and therefore we are unable to stop the delivery, hence the need to refuse or return this. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the order not arriving on time however, we feel we have done everything we can to help in this instance.

Was pleased with my item that turned up. The item arrived in good time through the post, but couldn't believe what the item had been packed in. Item was an cooking apron, flat in plastic bag, but had been put in a medium sized box and in with the apron were a fair amount of packing air bags. Way over the top packing I thought.

The reason we send the Novelty Aprons in a box is due to feedback we have received over the past 2-3 years of selling them, we previously folded them and sent them in our smallest box but when received the aprons were creased, so we reverted to sending them in larger boxes unfolded. Although a larger box is used to do this we do feel the product reaching you in perfect condition takes precedence. However we do agree that the use of air-bag packing was excessive and unecessary for an item that is not fragile. We have discussed this with our warehouse team to ensure our use of packaging fits the requirement of the product.

Delivery to Germany is a bit expensive.
Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your order and comment Margret. All orders to Germany we send by ParcelForce, who contract the delivery to local couriers and have to pay for this contract to do this. We are subsequently charged over £10 for this service. We subsidise this charge so it only costs you £9.99 which we feel is reasonable for a fast 3-4 day service, but some of the cost has to be passed onto the customer. We apologise you resent paying this charge but this reflects the cost to us for this service.

We have had trouble with two heaters for the Layzee spa and they have been replaced instantly, the last one was hand delivered by a man who lived locally.
